Звонила рекрутерша и задала интересный вопрос: “Если вы согласитесь на оффер в новую компанию, сделает ли ваша компания вам counter offer?” Я ей ответил что я за свою компанию отвечать не могу и не знаю какова политика компании на этот счёт. А что-бы вы ответили?
